Do you have a showroom?
We no longer operate from a showroom & now work on a fully mobile basis. This allows us to operate more efficiently, keep costs down & offer a convenient home consultation service without compromising on quality. We’re happy to visit you at home with a wide range of samples, carry out measurements & provide a detailed quotation at your convenience.
Can you take up & dispose of the old flooring?
Yes, we can uplift & dispose of your existing flooring if required. This will be included within your quotation. We are fully insured & registered as a licensed waste carrier, so all materials are removed & disposed of responsibly.
Can you move furniture?
We can assist with moving standard furniture items prior to installation. Heavier items may incur an additional charge, which will be clearly included within your quotation. Please inform us in advance if furniture moving is required so we can allow sufficient time & price accordingly.
We kindly ask that all small items, valuables & breakables are removed before our arrival to ensure the area is ready for installation.
When are we free to measure?
We offer free, no-obligation measuring appointments, Monday-Friday. Please get in touch to book a mutually convenient time.
How far do you travel?
We typically cover a 30-mile radius from St Neots.
If you are located further afield, please get in touch – we’re always happy to discuss your project & can include any additional travel in your quotation.
Do you have a lot of experience?
We have over 40 years’ experience in the flooring industry. Paul’s career began with three years of formal training in 1985, followed by two years working on behalf of Harrods in London. We successfully ran a showroom in St Neots Market Square for five years, before relocating independently to Eaton Socon Green, where we traded for 17 years. We closed our showroom in 2024 and moved to a fully mobile service.
